Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Colorado

This place should be shut down! I was in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before placing my order. (That should've been my first clue that this experience would suck.) When I placed my order I asked for 2 spicy potato soft tacos, I mentioned this two times when placing my order, I also ordered the 3 taco combo meal and 2 cheesy roll ups. They forgot to give us our Pepsi we ordered with the combo meal. We didn't receive a receipt...which seems to be the norm for this location as other reviewers have stated they didn't receive their receipts either. My daughter went in to get her Pepsi and after about 5 minutes came out and said it wasn't worth it, nobody was at the counter and nobody acknowledged her when she came in. We checked our order before leaving, and beyond the missing drink everything seemed to be there. When we got home I noticed that instead of getting my spicy potato soft tacos...which cost .99 I got instead 2 cheesy potato burritos which cost over 2.00 each. The potatoes were shriveled up and crunchy like they had been microwaved for about 10 minutes rendering them dried out and shriveled up. I might have been ok with the fact that they completely forgot our drink and gave me the wrong item even though I mentioned what I wanted more than once, but these potatoes aren't even edible! I will never again go to this Taco Bell because of the horrible way they prepare their food and also the horrible language they use when I have children in my car I don't want to hear you use the "F" word when talking to another employee!!! These guys need some major training and I would also suggest based on all the horrible reviews that this place gets shut down, they aren't doing anybody any favors by being open. Good luck to anyone who goes to this particular Taco Bell, your service will be horrible, they will get your order wrong and the food will be inedible. Oh and I wouldn't have even given them 1 star but you can't post a review if they don't get at least 1...They definitely don't deserve the 1...

Me and a friend went through the drive through and I saw on the menu the jalapeño what ever Mexican pizza combo so I ask for that and the lady told me we don't have a combo for that only the regular one you can get in a combo so I told her to go back to the main screen and it took her like 5 to 6 min to figure out how to do that I read it again and as I had already told her it was on the menu she kept telling me no it wasn't finally someone else in the back ground told her it was and asked her to please make sure that the tacos had sour cream on them and she said yes she would and they came out with none on them not even the little bit they put on so I go back through the drive through and again I asked them to make sure they put extra sour cream and again in one little spot you could see sour cream they literally laughed at me and my friend when I got up to the window I asked if could just give me some on the side they did do that but when I got to the window I tried to show the lady the sour cream she told me she made them and she knew there was sour cream on the whole taco and it was only in a small spot and she told me ok well you got your sour cream you can go now I just lost my mother a week ago maybe you should screen the people you hire better and make sure they can at least spell there name and that when they are hired for a job do it and they should not be so rude the only reason I gave the one star is because I had to to...

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Here is why:

I have been to this location several times and the service usually isn't bad until today. I ordered chicken tenders, a kids popcorn chicken meal, a cheesy potatoes burrito and a pintos and cheese. I had to wait in the parking lot for my food, after being told to wait in front, for a good 15 minutes which is fine because it was understandably busy. On my way home I realized there was no honey mustard sauce that I asked for my husband and kids chicken so I stopped at a different KFC and they were nice enough to give me some sauces. I got home to finally eat my burrito and pintos, to open the bag and find the beans and cheese were covering the bottom of the bag. Then I opened my burrito to put sauce (of my own because they didn't give the hot sauce i asked for either) and there is literally (I counted) 7 pieces of potato, no meat and a dab of sour cream and cheese sauce. So I drove all the way back and complained. Valentina, the manager, accused me of lying like I ate the contents of my one burrito and drove back to get some beans and a new burrito (really?). She insisted that she ask her employees if I was a lair or not and after they said "yes, that is possible that is what happened because it was busy and the new girl did her order" she was very apologetic and gave me all my money back and new food that I didn't have to eat off of the...
