Cakes Amore — Restaurant in Colorado

My wife and I have been longtime customers of Cakes Amore. They have the most creative cupcakes, best cakes and custom cake flavors in the Littleton Ken Caryl area, CO.

Yesterday I stopped in at the local bakery to pick up a custom cake and was greeted by and new face :) Cakes Amore was just purchased by Tommy and Kenan who are locals to Littleton Ken Caryl Colorado area, and they're excited to continue supporting the customers and neighborhood.

I was going to surprise my wife with a cake a balloon to celebrate our 3rd "birthday" at Canyon View Dentistry. We line and work in our neighborhood and as a locally owned business, we love supporting our fellow local small business owners and want our community to flourish!

I decided that I wanted a custom cake for my son's birthday. I spoke with owner Tommy and immediately I realized that he truly wanted to provide the cake that I wanted. A different kind of baker.My boy likes dinosaurs.And chocolate.This cake was so moist and delicious.The chocolate whipped cream filling sealed the deal..Attention to detail was so cool.We are eating dinosaur teeth and scales,and they taste amazing!Cake decoration is a true art form,and those with the gift of giving us eye candy that we can eat and enjoy..what a blessing!I also got a piece of their seasonal family recipe pumpkin 🎃 spice cake with ....white chocolate cream cheese frosting..GO NOW AND GET A PIECE!If I were young and getting married,I would definitely talk to Tommy and his very friendly staff about my wedding cake before I went elsewhere.Attention to detail and true love and compassion for each client and customer is a virtue,and that's all here in this bakery waiting for you!Did I mention the cupcakes and cookies!!???I can't wait to get my wife's next birthday...

I placed an order for a birthday cake and I found out there was new ownership. With the recent good reviews I was hoping my cake would be decorated more. I've been going here years and the ladies always went above and beyond and made the cakes look beautiful. Sadly with this new ownership my son's cake last week was extremely disappointing. I was honestly mad when I saw his cake. I wish my mom wouldve said something when she picked it up because she knew. I asked for them to make it cool and I got a $60 quarter sheet cake, white frosting and candy footballs stuck on the side...very chain grocery store like. I wish I could post an old cake in comparison to this new one because the creativity or effort wasn't there. My old cakes had dimension, fondant, etc and i never asked for that, the ladies just got creative and made it cool! Sadly I didn't get any of that from...
