Came here on a Wednesday evening the place was quiet, and parking was super easy. Just drive down the alley and you’ll find a large lot. You won’t miss the food truck as it is right at the entrance.

I ordered the mixed ceviche and the shrimp quesadilla, and both were excellent. The ceviche was incredibly fresh and packed with seafood a mix of fish and shrimp. The fish was mostly cooked through, while the shrimp were fully cooked but still tender. The flavor balance was spot on: bright acidity, a touch of heat, and very clean-tasting. Honestly, probably one of the best ceviches I’ve ever had.

The shrimp quesadilla was loaded, lots of shrimp, plenty of melty cheese, and came with a small side salad, grilled onions and jalapeños, plus a tasty red sauce. Portions were very generous overall, great value for the price.

Fresh, delicious and deliciously spicy upon request seafood. Think shrimp cocktail with a Mexican twist. They have a bunch of different kinds available. It was a hot day so I had the aguachile (literally chili water) that had onions, shrimp and avocado served chilled with a spice that builds over time. They offer your tostadas or crackers and clearly both are delicious. The people running it are fast but also nice and will stop to answer questions. Most of the dishes are intrinsically gluten free, the crackers they offer are normal salteens but they're factory sealed so if you have celiac you should be fine.
