I have known redo for a good 5 years. They are the best furniture store in the Bay Area in my opinion. So many cool places have left, but they are still here! They do have consignment: interesting one of a kind furniture pieces, rugs, lighting and art, but also new upholstery and tables. The owners have impeccable taste and the store, although small and eclectic, is an inspiration. The style is contemporary classy, but hip, where vintage meets modern.    Read moreWe made an appointment to drop furniture off, and when we arrived we were greeted by an exceptionally rude woman who said “you can’t walk in without an appointment.” When my husband explained we had made one and given details of what was being dropped, she said there was no record of the conversation. Then she backtracked saying we may have spoken to someone but they can’t make the decision. She then rejected the furniture saying they have too many bar stools.
