Please do not shop here unless your school is a UC according to the manager "Jenn" she can refuse to honor any student discount. Refused to give a student his discount due to the school "not being in the area", then her second excuse was the school wasn't put under his profile (this information was not givien to the customer right away, it was only shared by the security as an evasion tactic for the managers uninformative behavior). I mentioned why she didn't share this information before and she simply smirked and showed her clear disregard with my concers. Third excuse of why they couldn't honor the student discount was that the school was not a UC. The fourth excuse was that they have been doing "AUDITING of the schools" if that were true they would be able to recognize any school even trade/institutions even though the canvas my school provides me is more than enough anywhere else. (P.s my classmates recommended this spot due to the student discount so i know it works. My friend is also Caucasian and i contacted him after this issue and he said he was here this morning and never had an issue with his discount from the same school) After this horrible experience I asked to speak to the manager it was very obvious that they do not care about our cannabis community and are simply making a profit as she was more concerned with leaving instead of assisting the customers a budtender is paid to do. Especially when I continued to ask her where I can formaly complain or speak to a owner or another manager, she refused to give me a phone number or even an email. As I am typing this formal complaint the security was rude enough to ask us to leave even thought i am clearly in the vehicle trying to put in a complaint due to the manager unable to guide me or help me in any way I hope to warn any future victims please do not visit this place and work with the manager I have never had any negative experience here before until speaking with the clearly racist manager. I'd like your cheapest live resin carts please, a look of confusion, then endless searching. It seems like a simple question, apparently not. "Do you know what you got last time?" Yeah, I got some disgusting vanilla flavored cart that I did not request, I didn't say it, it's not her fault that the last time the last person sold me an awful product. I just don't have the time or desire to wait 20 minutes for a transaction that should take 2 minutes. The owner of this business doesn't seem to care about employees or clients.
Omg, went back today, 9/26 , first encounter was with a real jerkoff wannabe cop security guard wearing a face covering who refused to check me in "it's not my job", except every other time I've gone there the security guy did promptly check me in. The young woman who checked me in also didn't understand why mr macho wouldn't check people in. I wanted to get "your cheapest live resin carts and a battery". Thankfully the carts in question were nearby but I had to speak to THREE employees to be able to also purchase a battery that was twice what I wanted and came without a charging cord!!!! I guess the owner makes enough money that he doesn't care about his employees, who cannot ever possibly know where even half the products are because there are so many, or customers like me who prefer the many stores where employees can actually help and where transactions don't take more than a couple of minutes. We walked in and security was happy to find out it was our first time and that we got the place recommended to us by someone that works at the hotel we were staying in he let us know the discount was a whopping THIRTY PERCENT for first timers!
we go in and there are two budtenders helping everyone and they were quick and seemed extremely kind it was immediately good vibes. we were in at about 12pm on june 16 and we were helped by someone with black hair and i think she was wearing a hat. she was genuinely so kind and asked us about our trip and i was a little different to help out because i know less about the process and etiquette but she was super kind and honestly made our experience with flavors an amazing one
we tipped her of course because ALWAYS TIP YOUR BUDTENDERS and with the discount the amount we got was inexpensive!
