I am very dissatisfied with this establishment. I have spent around 2k including interest on my purchases which include a matress and a washing machine . When buying the matress they informed me I could pay an additional 100$ for matress protection in case of “spills” . Well the matress was so terrible it completely sank in the center within 3 months when I asked for a replacement they did change it out once. About 30 days later the same thing happens again but this time there’s a pretty decent spill my wife had made from a drink which we tried a few different things to remove it with no luck . They informed me they would not be able to take the matress back unless we removed the stain but could not give me a reason why they took a hundred dollars for the “matress protection” I brought this issue up a few times with no luck or explanation on why they offer the spill protection but refuse to take my matress because of the stain . She explained to me that the matress that was sold to me was mainly used for college dorms or spare bedrooms and not meant to be slept on daily . Haha . To bad I wasn’t told that when purchasing the 850$ garbage matress . I will say a wonderful lady that works In the front heard the conversation and said blatantly out loud “ why would you even display this matress “ . Also my washing machine lasted about 4 months before I had to have a technician come out to work on it to replace a few parts because it was no longer washing clothes properly . All was well for about another 2 months and the same problem happens again . Cold water supply will just continuously run even after the wash is complete. Only certain settings will work on it as well. Once again I’ll have to have another technician come out again to replace more parts . The worst part about it is I’m still making monthly payments on it every time my bill date rolls around I could almost let my credit go to shit just so they don’t get another dollar from me for the garbage they are selling out of there . Me and my wife are very unhappy and can not wait to pay the washer off so we don’t have to deal with them...

We found ourselves in a pretty stressful situation after our home was severely damaged by Hurricane Helene, resulting in the loss of many personal items - including the majority of our furniture. We purchased all of the furniture for our home from here and couldn't be happier. I told Mr. Roy our budget and what we needed, and we talked and walked around that store for a very long time until we got exactly everything we needed right on our budget - not to mention he was such a genuine and fun person to talk to. I feel terrible that I cannot remember her name, but the lady who handled the financial piece was absolutely wonderful too. She was so thorough and patient and kind. Delivery day was today and the store manager Ms. Theresa, Mr. Roy and the two gentlemen who handled our delivery made it happen seamlessly. Went in to try to finance a mattress and they wouldn’t accept my bank stubs and wanted me to provide paystubs from my work by a certain time as well as run my credit and provide references with their numbers and addresses. The lady on the floor was kind and tried to be helpful and accommodating but the lady in the office seemed very off putting and was yelling from her office not to order a bed “before she sees them paystubs” also was not satisfied with just a cell phone number and wanted my home number (which who has house phones in 2025) and my work number. I ended up going to mattress firm right after and financing 6k worth of products (mattress, bed frame, sheets) I wouldn’t have minded them running my credit but them trying to do CIA level background checks is unnecessary as well as whoever was in the office...
