Ellianos Coffee Live Oak (downtown) — Restaurant in Live Oak

Edit again x3: they still can’t get it right, I will never be back at this Ellianos location again. I go through they forget the cold foam. When they are told to correct it that put whip cream.

Edit to add: I came this morning 1/24 and they didn’t AGAIN. I’m paying $1 extra for cold foam and they “can’t seem to remember to add it” but they can remember to charge the $1 extra? I’m done coming here.

Here lately they are missing the mark on customer service and service in general. I usually do online orders. I have to correct the order at the window every single time. They never add my cold foam, and sometimes don’t hand me all my items. I have to wait until the open the window again to tell them. At this point it almost feels intentional. Yesterday the cold foam was missing so I ask if they could add it (cold foam is printed on the sticker at least 3x with my name). She hands me the cup back covered in cold foam on the outside with no napkins. I understand getting busy etc but I’m coming when the peak rush hours are over. I’m usually the ONLY car at the window. So I really feel there...

Unfortunately not very good service. Came through and asked if they had grit bowls ready about 15 minutes before 7. They said they did and charged me for one. Then someone came from the back to tell me they weren't ready yet. Not a big deal, I asked for a breakfast sandwich. I mentioned the price difference to the cashier and she got an attitude. I didn't make a fuss, simply pointed out that they charged me the higher price. She couldn't figure out how to refund me so she took my number and said the manager would issue a refund. That was a few days ago. No call. No refund. Couple dollars isn't a big deal but the service is lacking. Not going back even if they did a refund at this point. This place is really awesome if you really are into coffee. They have Italian coffee they have all kinds of different stuff to try they have some delicious flavors of coffee they also do the iced coffee regular coffee they do all kinds of delicious stuff they even have fruity drinks you can get. They even have like icy fruity drinks and stuff it's very delicious and they have food you can get they have breakfast sandwiches and stuff like that. And if you want to go and take your puppy and have a pup cup they do that as well and my dog enjoys having a pup cup it makes her day LOL. Come and check them out all the girls that work there are very sweet and very helpful you won't regret it. This is probably one of my favorite places in Live Oak Florida...
