Compliments to the back of the house... And, the back of the house only. The food was prepared as expected. What I experienced in the drive thru was an entirely different level of discomfort. First of all, there was no one in the drive thru, so why I had these issues, I don't understand. The person taking my order seemed to be overwhelmed with 5 people in my car, and also mocked me...I have a processing disorder which causes a speech delay and it seemed he took pleasure in my disability. Perhaps he didn't know, and I would have just left it at that, but when I got to the window to receive the food, I got yelled at. The young person there raised her voice at me when I asked a question and her intonation was of disrespect. I asked her if I offended her somehow and I got straight attitude. 4 large fries, no ketchup, and when I asked, it seemed as if there was an issue because I got so little ketchup and had to keep asking for sauce for the chicken fries. Perhaps I am just used to the Burger Kings in Orlando where service is with a smile and condiments are complimentary. Even if I do have to ask, I get a sufficient amount for the food. The BK, Live Oak's customer service was that of my 5 year old grandson, and the professionalism was that of my 10 month old grandson. Read moreThe 2 "managers" I spoke with, grumpy old Eric (mentioned in other reviews as someone that should be fired) and young girl, were 2 of the most unhelpful and rude individuals I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. They should be fired for talking to staff they way they do and they were completely unable to take our order for the "ultimate family bundle" being falsely advertised through bait and switch practices. We will never go to another Burger King again based on this experience. It's not the first bad Burger King experience, because honestly tolerable is the best they hope to achieve, but it is the one that likely extended my life by no longer putting this trash in our bodies. Read moreBeen back there 3 times now since I moved back and every time my nuggets and onion rings are cold my last visit had me very frustrated dinning in took about 3 minutes before someone acknowledged me and my kids and my grandma there was only 3 tickets in drive that were not very long and 2 others on front counter and was told by Nicole the MOD that she was slammed. I had to ask numerous times for the correct size in cups after not getting my cups to begin with as well as my cookies and onion rings and they were yet again cold and nasty. I've worked here before so I would understand if they were actually busy but they were in fact no where near busy and looked like there was poor communication.
