Subway — Restaurant in Live Oak

We have eaten here alot. Unfortunately the last 2 times were awful an we won't be back. 1st bad experience we did an online online order. When I got there to pick it up I waited in line instead of going to the counter. I was watching the young man make the sandwich with NO gloves...not realizing this was my order yet. He was just complaining away about his job an this order. When I got to the counter I said that was my order can you please remake it. 1st there were no gloves. 2nd all condiments were supposed to be on the side because it's a long drive home. He rolled his eyes and without a word slaps my sandwich together again and throws it in the bag points at the cups says small an walked away. I was not happy but took the food an went home. Fast forward to 2nd online order. I got there and they were again in process of marking my order. Very nice ladies. I stood in line again. Watching them again put condiments on it an even ran out of mayo so instead of grabbing the full one didn't put any on. I'm watching through the glass that was so dirty you could barely see the meat an veggies. Got to the counter an again asked to please remake it. I figure just because it's an online order I still would like it fresh. Especially for the price you pay! It's a 25 min ride home an because of soggy experience we would rather apply condiments at home...although still friendly, the attitude was there. I understand it was probably a bad day BOTH times. BUT the cleanliness is uncalled for. I an my family tip well an did and still will. Just...

Ways is always a pleasure to eat there. I love is this daily bake fresh bread, being able to see how much food is being put on your sandwich and how it is being made. Subway employees are Masters at what they do they are very nice and friendly people. We are blessed to have such people serving of us. I didn't leave their pay should be above minimum wage because they're above average people make above average sandwiches and other foods. Everything there is always fresh, I have only been disappointed when I have made a wrong choice of item. Thank you team Subway, I could eat there...

The person waiting on me, finished another customer. Then after giving them change and pulling up her pants wanted to make my sandwiches. With the same gloves she had on. When I asked her to please change her gloves she got hostile. Asked me was I asking or telling her. Again I asked her to please change her gloves because change had germs on it. She then told me it had no more germs then I did, but she did finally change her gloves. She was a very rude person. I was trying my best to be nice to her.
