RIP OFF! Complete FRAUD!!!! I don’t even know how this place stays in business. I bought a queen mattress w/ no spring and had it delivered. My old one was in decent shape they decided to take it feee of charge which was great because originally they wanted to charge. The mattress I received was considerably smaller. Did not look like the mattress I paid $1000 for. It was very soft. Thinking they had made a mistake I called the store. He assured me this is what I bought. There are no tags on this but there’s a product number. I don’t even know what brand I did because he says they have their own line of mattress. After digging further I found my mattress online retailing for $240 brand new. So as he assures me he delivered the right mattress for $1000 my previous queen sheets are considerably larger than the bed and wants to make a fool out of me I have decided to expose this furniture place at every review sure and neighborhood app to warn people that this furniture place will rip you off and take your money. Never encountered a furniture business so shady in my life. Now I’m stuck with this awful mattress and need to save to get...

We tried to order some furniture from Ashley Home Store in Dublin, but after 3 failed delivery attempts, countless hours wasted talking to unhelpful people and being put on long holds, awful communication and terrible customer service, I finally cancelled my order and demanded a full refund. I found the same furniture online at Home Furnishings FOR CHEAPER so I immediately went there. The checkout process was painless and fast (I was in and out in 10 mins compared to 30+ mins at Ashley). What's more - Home Furnishings offers FREE delivery and set up of furniture if you live in Livermore. AND they work with you to pick a 2-hour delivery window that works for YOU (imagine that) - if it's outside the window, they will call and see if it's okay to come. No more wasting my day on a 4 hour delivery window that Ashley picks based on what's best for their route and can't even guarantee (nor do they call you to see if they can come at a different time if it's outside of their window) - they just expect you to set your whole day aside. Should have just started at Home Furnishings and saved myself at lot of time...

We attempted to purchase and have delivered an entire matching home set of furniture for living room, dinning room and kitchen area. The order was only supposed to take 30 to 45 days; it ended up taking nearly 100 days to finally get everything and when the final piece was delivered it itself was incomplete... it was missing an entire back section!

Dean, their self proclaimed owner and manager, had no problem delivering an incomplete unit to a matching house set after an extended unexplained wait to deliver. When we called to understand what had happened he basically told us to "take it or leave it". He could come pick it up and we or wait until we had a replacement part delivered but without knowing when that was to be.

I am on the phone reversing the store charges with my bank as I write this terrible review. The store can now work on my schedule to get their furniture out of my house. Too bad customer service and common sense aren't found at this...
