Staff is friendly and always working hard. Food is always delicious. Their prices are reasonable and the $5 meals are worth it. I can't think of the last time it wasn't. Inside is always clean and tidy. The only downside is they sometimes don't have enough stuff. Today there was only two people working and the lady was running around working her butt off. Because of this she forgot to add the dressing and tortillas into my bag. I'm not upset because it happens and it wasn't like she was sitting around doing nothing. If you decide to come to this place just remember that these are hard-working people and they are doing all they can with the little staff they have.

The chicken here is generally good, but on Thursday, 11/30, around 6:16 pm, there was a long line. After waiting about 20 minutes to order, they were out of salsas, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. The service was poor, with many people complaining about their orders. I waited an additional 20 minutes only to find out they didn't have my order. They asked for my receipt and eventually made my order. Overall, a disappointing experience. Perhaps they need a different manager to improve planning and service. I paid about $54 total.

Love this place! Good fresh food. I've tried most items on the menu and they are all pretty good. As far as fast food chains goes this might be the closest to being authentic to the food is serving fast. Just had the barilla tacos today and was very impressed. Good flavor, crispy shells and was really good dipped in the sauce. Wish they made carnitas, but everything they do serve is always much better than expected. Guess I've been going to Taco Bell for too long 😜. Whole different league.

1ST TIME I CAME HERE I ORDERED A 12 PC. MEAL AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IT WILL BE ABOUT 25 TO 30 MINUTES. OK I SAID. I FIGURED THEY GOT SLAMMED THAT DAY. 2ND. TIME I GO THERE, SAME THING, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHICKEN TO FILL MY ORDER AND HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 25 MINUTES FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE DONE. UNACCEPTABLE!! I FIGURED I WOULD GIVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE AND WENT THERE YESTERDAY, SAME OLD THING. WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY ORDER I GET 2 MASHED POTATOES AND A COLE SLAW. THEY GIVE ME ONE CONTAINER OF GRAVY FOR 2 LARGE ORDERS OF MASHED POTATOES, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER THING OF GRAVY THE GIRL TOLD ME WITH AN UNCARING ATTITUDE THAT THEY ARE ALL OUT OF GRAVY!!!! THAT IS JUST ABSURD!!!!!!!WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE EITHER NEEDS LESSONS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR JUST CLOSE SHOP!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EL POLLO LOCO I HAVE EVER...

The food is good at a good price, but the dining room is always dirty. It's always a challenge to find a clean table.

UPDATE 11-16-21: The Dining room is no longer open for business. And according to one employee, there is no plan to re-open. With a kitchen full of employees the management and ownership can't or won't open their doors and allow our community to sit in their restaurant - yet many comparable local restaurants have the less employees and have opened their restaurants to our community. Folks, please support your restaurants that allow you to go inside. This nonsense of having a drive-thru only after so many years and months of what our community has gone through is just plain ridiculous. I'm taking my...
