Do NOT take your no longer needed/wanted items here! This place will rip you off every chance they get. They got me once and won't be getting me again. You are way better off selling your stuff yourself on Marketplace. If I could have chose zero stars I would have but it was not an option. However if you enjoy being ripped off with nothing but that is what the computer said it was worth as an answer then by all means head straight to this joke of an establishment as they can't wait to low ball you and then turn a ridiculous profit off of your items the second you leave. My family and friends and anyone else I can warn won't be swindled by this place ever again! Just Say No to Play it...

Had a GREAT experience at Play It Again Sports Livonia tonight! My husband, son, and I all purchased new ski equipment and David was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment and assisted us in the selection process. The store was having a nice end of winter sale and I was allowed to use my points towards our purchase which was very helpful with our large transaction.

Nice retail sales staff, decent turn around time for estimating what they will pay you for your gear. The only real drawback is they cut a check rather than give you cash on the spot. Also, for higher end gear they should not markdown by 40% just because it's not in season, seems like a missed opportunity since regardless of season, higher end gear still should command a higher demand.

Overall decent experience, I would just recommend you trade in your gear there for cash at beginning of each sports season, otherwise you get 30-40% less for what they...
