There's no basis for comparison, as they're the only leather shop I've ever been to. I have no complaints about the service. The remnant that didn't register on the scale, they threw in for free with the rest of our purchase. They answered all of our questions. They have some really interesting colored leather and some historically accurate. They have a large range of stock, from pig skin suitable for fashion gloves to inch thick cowhide to rabbit fur. And that's just the common stuff. They also have alligator hide and I forget what else. It's a cool place, which I will be revisiting the next time I pass by after Christmas. I love this store. Not just because it caters to my craft, but because it's a place where I can find solutions to common problems I run into while leather working. The staff is experienced and very knowledgeable and they freely offer good advice. They always point me to the right tool at the best price.

Best of all, they're honest. I can trust that if they tell me I need a particular tool, I really do need it. Because numerous times, when I didn't a tool, they told me not to waste the money.

Wow! I didn’t catch the name of the guy working (tattoo guy) but damn! He’s the type of employee every company wants. He greeted everyone who came through the door with absolute enthusiasm. Made sure that if anyone needed anything he’d take care of it. He knows his products and where they are in his store. I don’t even need to mention the more than fair pricing or the vast inventory. I’ll be back. I’ll be back a lot. Worth the 60 mile drive.
