I went this morning because my phone wasnāt turning on, gentlemen working was short with me. He didnāt bother looking at my phone, or help in anyway other than basically say he couldnāt help me. Apparently my husband is the main one on the account and he couldnāt help me without my husband being there, which he was at work. Since when? Iāve had phones fixed in the past and my husband was deployed and I didnāt need him there. I wasted an hour during to south park in Charlotte just to walk in and them fixing it by doing volume button up, down and power button to restart it. WTH couldnāt the man at the store do this for me? He offered no help and I wasted my entire morning. Does your staff not know how to reset an iPhone? I know the ones Iāve been to in KY have and fixed it right away. NO means NO. I didnāt ask for any of these up sells and was shocked to see these charges on my bill. Brandy encourages and trains her staff to do unethical and devious practices in order to make a sale. Sales asst Tristiny stated she is only doing what her manager Brandy tells her to do. Do not go into this store unless you want to be ripped off and taken advantage of. Manager Brandy should be fired, she does NOT represent ATT in a positive light.
