Got a prescription faxed over for my dog. After 3 phone calls of them "not getting the prescription request," I finally convinced the pharmacy to contact the animal hospital and get it verbally. Had to call back myself to get them to let me know they finally got it called in. Not a huge deal, but not off to a great start. They call to tell me the entire prescription is ready. Came to pick up the prescription - after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they inform me that they only have 16 out of the 240 pills and that the rest would be in the next day. Well, the next day comes. I call them, they tell me the shipment won't come in until the following day. Ok, fine. They finally call me to tell me the prescription is ready. I show up, wait in line for 20 minutes again, and once I get to the counter, I am cut off rudely, "name and date of birth?" I provide this info and am told it would be twice the cost anticipated as they tried to fill double the amount of pills that were called in (I was also argued with about this). They need 15 minutes to half the pill quantity and fill it. 30 minutes later, I finally have my prescription. Needless to say, I will not be back to...

Concord store address from picture of Rx bottled. He wanted phone # and acted clueless on how to obtain phone #. Had been on phone with him 15 minutes and he put me back on hold to find phone # for him. Crazy a doctorate prepared person is so clueless about customer service. Can't imagine other pharmacy phone #'s aren't available easily for store to store communication. I worked at Revco while in high school and a phone # was never an issue. Dennis failed today with a simple task. His flat, uncaring attitude was screaming over the phone. Hopefully his manager will pursue some remedial customer service education with him. Read moreThis pharmacy has the best customer service. A medication I’m on was recently on back order and out of stock in all pharmacies around me. I called this Walmart Pharmacy in Locust and they were not only friendly with my request to see if they had it in stock, they kindly took care of transferring my script from CVS. It was ready a few hours later for pickup. This location is a little out of my way (about 25 minutes) but I’d much rather give this location my business than the rude staff at CVS...
