I rarely do bad reviews but this is deserving. I was told 2 months ago when I purchased a cell phone protector for $50 that I could get a replacement screen protector anytime for $10 at any Verizon store. I called this store on the phone number provided by Google. Even though this is a very small store with only one employee it appears my call was forwarded to a call center in India. I was told by the call center rep that he checked the system and this store in Locust did have screen protectors in stock and I could get a replacement for $6. I made the 30 minute drive to the store today. The lady working said a replacement would cost me $65. I told her what I was told at the call center and she said “they give false info all the time”. Therefore I wasted an hour of my time and a gallon of gas going to this store. They are such a small store I do not see why they can’t answer their own phone rather than routing to a call center in India. Needless to say I will never go back...
Read moreWorst phone buying experience ever. The sales rep did not answer questions on explain anything. We went ahead and purchased a phone from her but we should have walked out. She never gave us a choice on a screen saver and/or phone case. We told her we did not want the case that she just brought over and was going to charge us for without even asking. In the end when I questioned what we owed and she told me it was for everything I found out why the bill was so high she had elected to put a screen saver on the phone that cost $49 without asking us which one we wanted. She told us it was mandatory that we have insurance for 1 month and we accepted that but told her that we did not want it any longer than that. I checked with Verizon later and they told me that was not true and that she had put the insurance on the account indefinitely. Horrible experience...I will never go here again and/or ever recommend that anyone...
Read moreRichard was EXCELLENT with his customer service today! In a world filled with such unkind people, and very rude/rushed “customer service reps”, he went above and beyond in helping me today! My husband purchased me a new iPhone from Best Buy! I was way too scared to try to transfer all the data myself! So, I went into his store! He was so pleasant and even gave me additional ways to save money since my husband hadn’t purchased through Verizon as we normally do! He ALSO pointed out that I was missing a key component to my phone! And I was able purchase it on the spot! He definitely gets (5+) 🌟 stars 🌟 in my book! Also, he was FAST AND EFFICIENT! I’ve never had such fast service in my entire life at Verizon!! Superior service at this location, and this particular individual!! Meleah...
