I can't believe how lucky I was to find a precious metals store with a smart, beautiful and kind woman, Dolores, running it. I'm very new to stacking and wanted to bring and buy my 9 year old nephew some silver and was hoping to find a place that would not just sell us stuff, but where we could learn about precious metals and wouldn't be made to feel like just another random buyer and I absolutely found that here! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and treated so kindly. Dolores patiently spent 2 hours today teaching him the difference between fiat currency and real money, why people buy certain things, showed him many different types of silver, ways to collect and all kinds of other fun stuff that he really enjoyed. He's so excited about silver now and I really have her to thank because she was awesome with him and I learned a lot from her, too! She's so knowledgeable and sweet, I felt like I've known her for years but I just met her. Also, her prices are extremely fair, I didn't even have to try and make any kind of deal or haggle price because I was so surprised it was at such a low premium compared to the pawn shop and JM Bullion. I had a traumatic experience with this pawnshop. I pawned my jewelry worth $2,500 for a small amount and the staff was not paying much attention to what she's doing as she was too busy talking on her phone while doing our transaction. She gave me a receipt while still talking to someone with her phone. I was so in a hurry and I didn't check the receipt she gave me , just stuck it in my wallet. After a month,I went back to get back my pawned Jewelry but she said she doesn't have it and I showed her the receipt she gave me and she said I sold it. I was shocked and can't believe it because I will never ever sell that jewelry worth thousands for merely the amount of $225. I was in tears and in shocked I regret why I went to this shop but I learned a lesson that I should have checked the receipt she gave me.
