Went for first time today. Ordered a chicken burrito, pork burrito and two queso tacos with asada. Chicken was a little salty and I just assumed it would have cheese and sour cream in it so that was my error in ordering. My chicken burrito was good other than that and the tacos were delicious. My husband didn't care for the pork burrito because he said it was like a boiled meat and he thought it would be cooked on a grill and a little bit crispy. Definitely my favorite Mexican food truck in Lodi! Their hot salsa is so spicy and flavorful, while the mild one is fresh tasting and still delicious. I crave their shrimp, it is cooked perfectly. My SO had the carne asada burrito and said it had a really good ratio of meat, and the meat was tender but not fatty/greasy. I gave 4 of 5 stars only because I haven't tried too much of the menu yet. Nice change from the standard "taco truck". Carlos is always coming up with new ideas for his food. For instance the Quesi-Taco or "Mexican Burger which is topped with carne asada onion cilantro.
