I just got off the phone with some lady that seemed older and I was politely asking about a package I got from their address and I was just told to call them to see if there was a mix up. While I was explains to the lady she Rudely interrupted me and was being snappy and mean, I again was still being polite and trying to explain what was going on and while I was still talking she hung up on me.
