I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bagel House, and I must say, it has quickly become my favorite place to go for fresh bagels and exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the staff.
The first thing that caught my attention was the aroma of freshly baked bagels wafting through the air. The selection of bagels was impressive, with a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Whether you prefer classic plain, everything, or something more unique like blueberry or cinnamon raisin, Bagel House has it all.
Not only were the bagels delicious, but they were also incredibly fresh. Each bite was a perfect balance of chewiness and softness, with just the right amount of density. It was evident that they were made with care and attention to detail.
The service at Bagel House was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They took the time to answer any questions I had and made recommendations based on my preferences. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
In addition to their fantastic bagels, Bagel House also offers a variety of spreads and toppings to complement your bagel. From classic cream cheese to flavorful options like sun-dried tomato or jalapeno, there is something to satisfy every taste bud. The generous portions and quality of the spreads further enhanced my bagel-eating experience.
The seating area was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to enjoy my bagel and a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The ambiance was relaxed, making it a perfect spot to catch up with friends or simply enjoy a quiet moment alone.
Overall, Bagel House exceeded my expectations in terms of both the quality of their bagels and the level of service provided. If you're a bagel lover like me, I highly recommend giving Bagel House a visit. You won't be...
Read morePlace is pretty great. I checked it out randomly last Sunday after a card show in Garfield. I placed my order, and the guy who took it might be 3/4 deaf, cuz he kinda looked like a momo at first when I spoke, but then he picked up what I put down on the 3rd try. I got a BEC that was scooped and had pepper jack, then I got an everything bagel with egg salad. Here I am thinking, ok, these things are gonna be tiny.
So I starts looking around, saw some parfets that looked amazing, and this killer looking watermelon drink that probably tasted like ya prom date... 🥵🤩.
But before I got a chance to make up my mind on that, another Mook comes out and goes "yer food is ready".
I was like, "bruh it's been 5 minutes, how is that even possible, was this someone else's food you repackaged for me, pullin a fast one?"
Nope, it was mine hot n ready. I went to lift the paper bag, and I almost, strained my arm. Thing was HEAVY...
I was like, "nah chief, this isn't my 6 foot sub, I ordered two bagels". Guy said "nah that's yours"
Turns out it was, "I was like , how much did I pay for this? They gotta be loosing money".
Tasted amazing too, I didn't get out of Lodi before I killed the one BEC.
Coffee was banging also, probably that chef express Colombian stuff from Restaurant Depot. Delicious.
I'm def checking these guys out again next time I'm...
Read moreI come here for a specific bagel that I have yet to find anywhere outside of “The Bagel House”, yet I prefer the location in Verona. If you’re open until 3pm, why are you cleaning the grills/shutting off machines at 2pm…? What’s the point of being open until 3pm, when at 2pm you can’t even order what you came for? & “come earlier” should not be an excuse, because you’re a food establishment with set service hours…Set your closing time earlier instead of falsely advertising and risking a customer being disappointed upon arrival..
The staff also seems friendly to your face, but don’t seem to actually care / listen to what you ask for. Went the other day wanting to give them another chance, and asked for a bagel, light amount of cream cheese, toasted. Simple enough, right? I got said bagel, with a THICK slab of cream cheese-not toasted. Add that onto the fact that I couldn’t even get two eggs on the side because they clean the grill an hour before closing & it just reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place…Other than to pick up that one kind of bagel they have, there’s no reason to choose this bagel shop over any other.. And since they have a location in Verona, I’ll just keep going there whenever I’m...
