Let’s just say Bhazi found his favorite store ! I love how the store is family ran and they are just all so pleasant and friendly. They helped me choose the right products for my fur baby and are very knowledgeable about every single item in the store. They have a variety of different brands from decent to top shelf brands for dogs and cats. The store has freshly baked treats on the counter for purchase that look good enough to eat for yourself. I said look please don’t eat it lol I loved how everything is so cute and detailed even to the point where his donut was sealed with a white dog sticker. I loved how the store has a grooming station. Bhazi looked and smelled fresh to death I must say after his appointment. The store also offers wash stations you can rent if you want to wash your fur baby yourself. I definitely recommend this store to dog and cat owners. You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love that the store has many functions during the weekend that help non profit organizations such as pictures with the Easter bunny or with with Santa. They also have adoption events which is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help which I totally love...

Our 9 year old female cat has very specific needs and the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to get the necessary information from the companies they offer products from. We had detailed questions about the nutritional value of some of their products and they were able to get back to us only 1 day later with detailed information from the 3 companies we asked about. This tells me that not only does the staff do a thorough job providing their clients with what they need, but the companies they deal with care just as much and are willing to be transparent. But that's what you get when you deal with companies that use top-tier ingredients and are environmentally conscious with their production process. All in all, this place is not like any other pet store I have ever shopped at.

Seriously, this the only place I will ever buy pet food from again. They offer grooming services, as well as an area to wash and groom your pet on your own if you prefer.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Petcare Market! From the moment I walked in with my beautiful pitbull, I knew we were in good hands. The staff's genuine love for animals shines through, and they treated my dog like royalty. The grooming service was exceptional. My pitbull came out looking and feeling fantastic – shiny coat, perfectly trimmed nails, and smelling wonderful. It's clear they take their time and truly care about the animal's comfort.
