I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Suna for the incredible work on my nail extensions. The time and effort put into correcting someone else’s damage was truly impressive. My hands feel completely transformed, and I have a renewed sense of confidence.

The nails are light, natural, and the color is gorgeous. As a perfectionist myself, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Beyond the beautiful outcome, what stood out the most was Suna’s attention to detail and precision. Every step was done with such care, and she was incredibly mindful of my pain throughout the process, making what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel effortless.

I regularly attend meetings where handshaking is unavoidable, and now I finally feel ready to take them on with confidence—when you look good... you feel good!

I’ve even been joking that I just had hand surgery because the transformation is that good!

Also, the sweet treat at the end was such a nice touch—best Turkish coffee and sparkling strawberry...

She does great work, but she’s truly the most unorganized person ever. I was recommended to her by another technician and three times, I showed up for my appointment and each time another client was there too. In one instance, I asked her to do a design with gold foil and because I always book pedicures and manicures together, she said, sure no problem. Then I get there and she says sorry I can’t do this design, because I have another client coming. Then I changed my mind in confusion and asked for just color no design. When she was done, she said “omg I didn’t realize the next client was your pedicure appointment. I’m so sorry”

Then weeks later after I booked my appointment she said she wasn’t able to take clients right now because there were things going on and people were moving, I said okay. Then I see her story on instagram and she’s still taking clients. She’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Usually I’m not the type of person to post reviews, but this was just one of my most disappointing nail experiences ever and I’ve been getting Russian Manicures...
