A lovely retro style bagel shop that just opened in Lodi a week ago. It has that cool Brooklyn/East Village vibe, which was a nice surprise. I tried the BLT sandwich with a toasted garlic bagel and mayo. It was super classic and not too greasy, so the flavor was light and clean. They bake fresh bagels daily in different varieties, and I couldn’t resist trying more of their flavors. Plus, the owners are really friendly. This will definitely be my go-to bagel shop nearby! (I don't know why Google translates Korean to Korean in a strange way, but changing it back to all English) the bagel sandwich was so delicious, and I love the vibe and the decorations. I'll definitely come again. Wishing you success!

Best bagel in the neighborhood! I've tried many famous bagel places in NJ/NY area, and I can surely say that Paul's bagels are better than some of the famous bagel joints. I admire his dedication towards improving his bagels and the way his bagels upgraded ever since he opened this shop. The atmosphere is also great and love their creativity with their interior. Must try if you haven't, and you'll definitely be back for more.

결론부터 말하자면—저장 잘했다... 이른 아침이라 계란 2개 베이글 샌드위치 ($4) + 커피 조합으로 갔는데요,
 베이글 식감 미쳤어요.
겉은 얇고 크리스피해서 첫입은 바삭하고 속은 쫀쫀한데 그 균형이 좋아요. 공간은.
전반적으로 화이트 컬러여서 깔끔한데 원형 그래픽이 포인트를 주고

 전체적으로 ‘세련된 현대적 감각’이 있어요. 메뉴, 접시, 종이컵 같은 세세한 디자인 요소도 톤앤매너가 통일되어 있고 살짝 캐주얼하고 따뜻한 무드도 있어요..
솔직히 제가 사는 동네 근처에선 이런 바이브 찾기가 쉽지 않아서 더 기억에 남네요. 사장님(한국분이신 듯?)도 정말 친절하셔서 공간은 쿨한데 사람은 따뜻한 조합..
처음 방문인데도 괜히 단골된 느낌이 들었다고 할까요 커피는 살짝 풍미가 약한게 아쉬웠는데 다음엔 다른 샌드위치 조합으로 다시 한번 도전해볼 예정입니다. 저처럼 “여기 뭐지?” 하고 궁금했던 분들, 가보세요!!!!
저는 멀어서 자주는 못 가도 워낙 베이글 좋아해서 근처 가게되면 꼭 들를거 같아요! Pedí un sándwich de bagel con dos huevos ($4) + café.
 La textura del bagel… una locura. Crujiente por fuera, blandito por dentro, en el punto justo. El sitio también suma muchísimo.
Todo blanco, con tipografía en rojo, muy limpio y con detalles redondeados que le dan un toque suave y moderno. Hasta los vasos, los platos, el menú… todo está pensado. Tiene ese rollo minimal y cálido a la vez que es difícil de encontrar por mi zona, la verdad. El dueño (¿coreano?) majísimo. Fue mi primera vez y ya me sentía como una clienta de toda la vida. El café, un pelín flojo para mi gusto, pero volveré a probar otra combinación.

Great bagels. Great sandwiches Just the right size. I’ve had “the salmon” “the buigogi” and the avocado chicken warp. The avocado chicken wrap is excellent, filled with tasty chicken, avocado and fresh spinach. I’ve also had the cheese omelette and a croissant, as well as a bagel with Taylor ham or just butter. The staff and owner are very friendly and they have iced coffee for these hot summer days. Seating is sparse but available. Assortment of snacks like fruit and usually old jazz music playing softly in the background. Very minimalist and modern feel at the same time. I highly recommend that avocado...

The new ownership here has made HUGE improvements on what was once a somewhat limited location.. and I'll be honest..a very "forgetable" establishment. The new owner has alot of energy and ideas. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I know alot of people choose to have their coffee and a sandwich here for that reason. Oh...and the coffee! That's one thing he did not change..and it's still the best around! I wish this area had more spots like this. Hopefully...
