Pizza Zone — Restaurant in Lodi

I called as soon as they opened (11am) on 6/18/2018. The guy told me 30 mins, I got there and waited in the store for about 5 mins, finally the guy comes out, I tell him that I called for pick up. He says I told you a half hour, I looked at him like ummm yeah. He looks at the time I placed the order and says you called at 11:01, I said yes I did!! It was 11:30 at this point. He looks at the time and says give me 5 mins, I said ok, thinking it was still in the oven. He walks to the back come out with some bins and I asked him are you going to make it NOW?! He said yeap, I walked out!! Place is disgusting, obviously I was there first order and the place didn’t look like it was clean from the night before or ever for that matter. Always exceptional service! Pizza is delicious and not expensive. A lot of times I just get a large pie (smaller slices) but for less than $7 so you can’t beat that price! Large and extra large pies as well which aren’t expensive either. They also have a menu full of other things but I usually just order a pie so I can’t really speak on other items. The one man who’s always working there has always been The nicest and such a hard worker! I don’t know how he does it but I give him much respect for all of the hard work he does! I’m sure it’ll pay off for him someday and I truly wish him all the best! See...

I experienced awful customer service at location. If I didn't already pay and my sisters kids weren't hungry I would have requested a refund. Service was terrible, food was cold because he made me wait, after having a heated debate about customer service. I was called a "stupid black person like you " multiple times.. By the owner .. Mind you.. I own and operate a bar&grill and if one of my employees would have behaved in this manner they would be fired.
