Throughout all my years at Utah State, I have been able to take free religion classes that are a good break from the regular school day.

All the teachers are genuinely interested in students’ lives and their challenges and prepare lessons to help students struggling with the issues and questions of today with Jesus Christ and faith-based solutions.

There are always activities going on at the Institute building: dances, free meals, game nights, devotionals and speakers.

This is truly a place to rejoice in Jesus Christ! Institute has helped me come to know my Savior better - to live His teachings and try my best to be like Him each day. I have found joy in the lasting friendships I have formed here and in the light and love I feel as we come together in Christ. The faculty are all exceptional individuals who live the gospel of Jesus Christ that they teach. I can think of no better place to come and feel a real sense of belonging...

I didn’t take an institute class my first semester at USU because I was worried I wasn’t going to like it. I regret that decision. Attending institute classes is a great way to dedicate time every week to feeling the spirit and pursuing spiritual knowledge. Don’t be afraid to go try out several different classes to find a teacher/class that you vibe with! I really have enjoyed attending institute and spending more time learning about my Savior. 12/10...
