I wish the university would give this spot to another restaurant with totally different management.

Food quality is always very poor. A panini will invariably be cold in the middle: and so will the egg in a breakfast sandwich. Instead of cooking fresh food, they just heat up stuff that's already been cooked.

The bread on a sandwich will also always be soggy, and a small $15 meal should come with a fresh side, not a bag of chips.

The veggies in the salads are also often unwashed and dirty. As in caked on dirt that you can scrape off of their wilted romaine with a fingernail.

The hours are also bad. A restaurant catering to students studying late should be...

GO TO NONI'S INSTEAD The girl working the counter on the morning of 9/15 wouldn't even look me in the eye, never smiled, needed me to repeat everything I said, and didn't ask if I wanted anything other than the bagel I ordered. I intended on getting two drinks as well, but changed my mind because of the awful service. They didn't put the cream cheese on the bagel, just gave it to me in a container, and I waited at the "pickup here" sign only to have them yell that my order was ready from the other side of the cafe where I ordered it. Overall NOT a positive experience, go to Noni's, they have the same stuff but run themselves so...

It's location and convenience are what give it the two stars. It has reasonably priced drinks with a very gimmicky menu of sandwiches. The different sandwiches are all quite un-substantive, and very un-apetizing. I have never felt full after eating here, or very pleased for that matter. I have reserved this location for my caffeine needs to be met if I'm studying in the library, but would never go out of my way to eat there--which I think should say...
