UPDATE: I am leaving original review below for reference. Cal deals contacted me shortly after reporting my issue to them. They got me a brand new reclining section of my couch and couldn't be happier. Thanks for your dedicated service and resolving my issue.

I give them 5 stars for being able to beat others stores prices, but as far as quality goes I have rated one star. I bought a sectional back in 2016. The lounge part broke first day we had it. Cal deals expeditiously replaced it to which we are happy for. One month later about April 2016 a reclining section broke. To which cal deals replaced after about 4 months of a run around as far as shipping it. Let's speed up to now. An inner spring has started protruding out the cushion. Called and was told the manufacture warranty of one year was expired. Asked if they could do anything for me they said no. So to some it up if you want something to last more than 2 years do not buy from cal deals. Quality is a zero star. For reference the couch had normal wear and tear. Two person home no kids. No reason for a couch...

We enjoyed our visit today at this location. Crystal was A BIG BiG help. She was very professional and answered any questions we had and we had a lot of them. Her personality brightened mine and my spouses gloomy day we were having. She stayed overtime to make sure we were good to go with our purchase. We were the last ones to leave out of the building. Once we got in our car we realized it wouldn't crank! Oh no!! Crystal came to our rescue again and gave us comfort and a jump!! She was what we needed...
