Horrible customer service, order got delivered super late at 1am. Missing the chairs to our dining table and two twin mattresses for our daughters bunk bed. They didnt answer my calls to confirm my order was complete and nothing missing. Got charged almost double the first agreed delivery fee. On top of that only response we got back was to say that we were wrong after saying multiple times we wanted twin mattresses. The guy blamed the delivery drivers instead and took no responsibility although he was wrong. Got a call today saying they'll deliver my missing chairs but that if want the mattresses we can purchase them elsewhere. My daughters are sleeping on the floor now til we get their mattresses. BAD BUSINESS!! We had ordered a bed and mattress 5/6 weeks ago and has not yet been delivered even though they kept promising to have it delivered next day every day that we have followed up.

Not only that, they also don't even have the correct order at their store. He told us he would deliver something similar to what we had chosen because our original order was lost. Yet, we still have not received the replacement.

I do not recommend. It is not worth the hassle and there are better options around that are more reliable. The people working there were also very dismissive of us when we questioned about our big purchase. EXCELLENT! I found the item I wanted online, the price was right, so I said I'd pay cash upon delivery. His delivery man immediately pointed out a crack and said they'd bring me a new one next week. But I wanted to use it NOW so I gave him the cash (foolishly) and then hoped he'd really return with the new one. Then I worried I'd never see or hear from them again.

He just delivered a new, perfect one and even helped me move the stuff from the old item to the new item. He was so helpful and kind. So hah(!) to my friends who said I was too trusting. This company...
