Probably the worst thing I’ve tasted a Taco Bell is the “Chalupa” hard to believe people can eat this dried specimen. My main complaint is Taco Bell has done away with your “Tostada” according to the drive-through attendant that was a huge blow to my Taco Bell love…. Just not too long ago they stop serving the “Green Chile,” they put in their “Bean and Cheese Burritos.” Months later they brought back the “Green Chile” for the burritos. I know I’ve been eating at Taco Bell since the 60s and I’ve probably been ordering the same thing “Bean and Cheese Burritos” and “Tostadas,” but I just can’t remember when I started eating the Green Sauce but that’s all I order… When they brought it back it’s definitely not the same sauce it tastes a little bit more vinegar not the same savory sauce they used to sell before they stopped it.
Icing on the cake for me to sever my ties with “Taco Bell,” I try to order something else at the window they said they do not do that anymore. Wow it’s something that you usually do because you forget something at the last minute so you we order from the window and that’s the way all places do even McDonald’s. I want to Del Taco a couple miles away, I asked him if I forgot something could I order something at the window they said yes certainly but if it was a large order they would disappointedhave any pull to the side and park and then bring the food to me. That’s customer service!!!
Sorry “Taco Bell” after all these years I have finally made the switch to Del Taco. Truthfully I’ve eaten at “Del Taco” before, but did not want to like it because Taco Bell was a first “California Mexican Food” I’ve ever tasted. Being born in California, Taco Bell is the first chain I had gone selling “California Mexican Food.” Any restaurant you’re welcome to use my phrase, but I know I’ve used it first before anyone else. Yes California has its own unique style of Mexican food, It might taste generic, but it’s what we grew up with it’s California style. Like Tex-Mex has their style of food California has theirs. Only Taco Bell is fast California Mexican food. Taco Bell lovers if you go to “Del Taco” try their “Crispy Tostadas they are awesome, twice the size of Taco Bell’s former tostadas and “Del Taco makes their homemade Tostada shell.
Hasta la vista...
Read moreCustomer service is horrible don't waist your time here. I placed a mobile order to pick up through drive thru and when I got to the last window on the drive thru after waiting on the long line I had to wait infront of the restaurant in my vehicle to get my order because apparentlyit was not ready. I waisted my time waiting on my order because I had to get off the car to ask for my order, since they forgot about me. The lady I asked for my order told me that there was a unclaimed order and didn't bother to apologize when she handed my order. The worst part is that they were sloppy with the food and didn't give me my order correct. My order had items missing. These people need to get retrained because apparently they do not know how to do there job correct. They were all useless and made it obvious they didn't care for none of...
Read moreThis is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. I asked for no tomatoes on all of my food and it looks like they put extra tomatoes. Completely forgot my chips and cheese but charged me four dollars for them. And then I tried the new birthday cake churros and they only put one in the box instead of two. The regular tacos were a disgrace to tacos. There was no cheese, all lettuce and a little bit of meat and the shell felt like a wet napkin. Do better Taco Bell. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking a ridiculous amount of money from a customer and in return giving them this mediocre food or lack there of that I received tonight. Wow. Never again. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family who live right in this area to never go to...
