I went to see if they could reposition my bumper because I installed new headlights on my car and I left a very small gap between the headlight, it has never been in accident and the car was bought pretty much new and I’m not sure who the guy was but they called him the “the appraiser” he comes out looks at it and says the car is probably salvaged and has been in accident when it never has and the car has a clean title I told him no and was still pressing on how it was probably salvaged when that was not the case. Then I told him no it has a clean title and it’s never been in an accident. He then proceeds to say there’s frame damage when it has no signs of frame damage then he says he can’t fix it so you’re telling me you fix these cars that look wrecked but you can’t reposition a bumper 😂and then try to give out false information even thought I’ve owned this car for 10+ years if you don’t know how to do it just say...

Car took OVER 2 WEEKS to get car back when we were quoted one week. Dropped it off on a Monday too. They are close on weekend and we paid more that originally quoted too but $300 dollars.
