T-Mart — Local services in Long Beach

I use it love this store but after my last purchase I will not be shopping there. On a Friday I took my kids to get backpacks and a couple other items, later in the day I was checking the receipt and realized I was charged an extra backpack (got 3 but was charged 4) I called them that day and explained to the lady what happen, she had remembered my purchase and said she would let her manager know. I told them I’ll go in on Sunday for my money. The day I went in the lady there was absolutely RUDE and told me there was nothing she can do because she couldn’t check the camera (I had my receipt) and just walked away from me when I was trying to explain to her that’s why I called two days prior me going in. Went a few months back before covid with my boyfriend so he can pick out some clothes.
