This message is long overdue. I want to take a few moments to commend you and your staff for the installation of the Sonos system in our home on September 18. From the initial product demos that you gave Cindie and me at your showrooms, to the actual installation and energizing of the system, we couldn't be happier. Vanny and Monica were the installers, and did a terrific job throughout. They were courteous, informative, and thorough throughout the day. Between your input on the recommended system configuration, and their professionalism throughout the day's installation, we are sincerely impressed and grateful for all the hard work.

I am still on the learning curve with the Sonos app, but making steady progress. We are both impressed by the fidelity of the system. When both the living and family rooms are engaged, the sound is so full, clear, and rich. We are amazed by how well it sounds for being such a compact package. And my how things have changed over the years from my earlier systems of the '70's and '80's. And I have to tell you, we are really impressed with the Bowers & Wilkins outdoor speakers. Monica did such a good job on their installation. They look so clean, and they sound so good. Very rich for a small outdoor cabinet.

This company is the best. I have had so many nightmarish AV companies come to my house and do the worst job possible. I've even asked technicians to leave my house before they did anymore damage. I've been using DI for about 3 years. Rusty is my main point of contact and I simply shoot him a text and he not only schedules the jobs, but he gives excellent consulting advice. DI has done the following for me:

Installed an awesome system in our great room with our big TV so I could use one remote, to control 4 outputs (BlueRay, Cable Box, XBox and Apple TV). As part of this job, they mounted a TV outside on our deck. It gave me the ability to send any of the 4 outputs to any of the 2 TV's. Also, they installed a Sonos device so I could stream music indoors and/or out.

In addition, just yesterday, the amazing, talented and professional DI technicians Vanny and Evan, showed up (early! never happens with any other companies that come to my house) to wall mount 2 TV's and a Sonos soundbar. Also, they helped me plan out a future upgrade to my family room TV. The work was impeccable. I'm so happy, I would highly recommend DI. Also, did I mention that I called Rusty on Monday and the work was completed by...

The AV system is very cool, sounds great and easy to use. With a simple phone app I can rock the house. I love that it's customized to me. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted or even what was possible when I first spoke with Rusty. He put together a couple of ideas, showed me some stuff at the shop, and away we went.

The guys from DI have been great. Our home renovation has been a multi-stage project. The guys have worked with us through each stage and helped with planning ahead to be ready for future stages. James might have gotten a little crazy with the bass making windows shake at the opposite end of the house from the living room. We might have to take that down a notch :).

I'm looking forward to our renovation project completion to really take advantage of the full system. If I have any regrets so far, it's that I didn't take advantage of more of the available technology. That was my decision before having components installed and getting a chance to play with them. Now that I've had a chance to play with the system a bit, I love it and wish I'd have gone for more. Maybe we'll have to upgrade a...
