Peter just furnished us with a king bed frame, accompanying nightstands.

It's hard to express how impressed we are with this furniture, the product of Peter's close attention and inquiry regarding what we were looking for in shape, function, wood species etc. This process included determining some exact dimensions so as to fit constraints of the room the pieces were destined for, structural requirements for an exceptionally heavy mattress.

Craftsmanship harmoniously marries artistry in Peter's imaginative implementation of the various information he collected from us. All of the pieces are structurally solid, confidence inspiring, perfectly wrought. As a single example, the shapes of the corner posts for the bed platform are sensual in a tactile, perfectly innocent way-- far beyond plainly functional while not needily crying for attention.

Meanwhile, Peter's scrupulous eye goes behind what most of us see. Closures at the back of furniture are often hasty and best overlooked. Not so here. I've added a photo of the back of one of the nightstands, information enough to tell to the whole good story.

One could easily spend the same amount of money on an off-the-rack compromise and be left more or less dissatisfied. Not so with Peter Deeble.

I was drawn to Pete Deeble’s Mid Century inspired furniture from a post card. I noticed the simplicity and clean lines. I am drawn to this style because it seems like it would never go out of style. I went from holding on to a postcard for 6 months to eventually ordering a tailor-made, exquisite, timeless bedroom set. The whole experience was unique. I was part of this process of the design in terms of measurements, wood selection and finishing. I met Pete’s team. It appears they take much pride in their work and went the extra mile to be sure I received everything I needed, including this strange little tool. The mid century inspired furniture was easy to install and I felt a sense of spaciousness in my room. It didn’t over power or take up to much living space. It was just right! Thank you Pete...

We had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I issue reviews very rarely, and typically only in a case of superb service. Peter was timely customized our products to fit our desires, without unnecessarily adding to the cost any more than was appropriate. Shipping was excellent. When the delivery company had a vehicle breakdown and there was a one day delay, he contacted us immediately and stuck with us through the process to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Some small lack of foresight on our part as the consumer has led to our wanting some further customized furniture to match this piece, and we are working with them again. And again thrilled!...
