I don't imagine I will return again. iMac hard drive failed. saw reviews and was told by store they do many Mac repairs. got comp back but was unable to do time machine restore. he put in a hard drive half the size as the original. took comp back, got original size drive, did restore, but during restore fan was screaming. after restore same. called store back. they said yea, Mac owners always complain about loud fans after hard drive replacement. if it bothers you too much just being it back and I will fix it. I tried to press on how but he was not forthcoming. I did not get a feeling of confidence from our last conversation. I then did research on my own and found out that my Mac hard drive comes with an internal sensor and should be replaced like for like. upon further research I found an external sensor on amazon and bought that for a easy fix instead. It took 15 min to add, and now the fan operation is normal. I don't know what would have happened had I tried the store again. perhaps they would have done the same, or added software, or done nothing. don't really know, and don't really care. I feel the first cust with issues should have generated an internal review, in the hopes of preventing a repeat of the issue, but I don't get the feeling the store shares the customers concerns in...

Do not go here, not even if you're desperate. I went in with a cracked iPhone 5s screen, a pretty moderate crack at that, while they installed my new screen they broke my camera on accident. I had to go back into the shop 3x, once to work on the camera, once bc a stripe was down the right side of my phone which prevented me to type. Eventually I had enough and they offered a refund. I wasn't happy but I wouldn't have took the time out to write this review until the next part of my experience. One day later after the refund, after he reinstalled an old cracked screen to my phone my screen turn black and wouldn't work. I go to find out the problem and the guy tells me he can't do anything about it.

I took it to one last repair place on 2700 and cherry and the guy could tell that it was a sloppy job and that they put the wrong screw in it punctured the motherboard. I ended up spender close to $600 for a new phone! Learn from my mistake go to...

I dreaded the cost and time of what it was going to take to get my MacBook repaired. I found Long Beach Computer Repair, fairly close to my house. I went and he changed my perspective on a computer repair. He is a must go to, if you need to have a computer repaired. I have a MacBook Pro and I didn't realize how special it was. The first thing Chris says to me when he sees my laptop, "this is a limited edition MacBook. It's not going to be cheap." Being a Mac, I already knew it wasn't going to be cheap. I needed it fixed, so I will willing to pay the price. He texted me within 30 minutes to let me know my computer was fixed. WHAT?!?!? He was nice enough to give me a keyboard cover. I like it, it keeps all the debris out of the keys.
