The swimsuit I ordered online was not as pictured - the color online looks like a dark yellow and when I received it, it was a yellow-green color that was not what I expected.
While the swimsuit seem like it was great quality, I then found out that they do not offer refunds whatsoever and on top of that, charged me a return fee. My own fault for not researching the return policy on their website, but that doesn't excuse the bad practice.
Customer service is everything and I would never shop at a place that locks me into any purchase I make.

Read morePrism Boutique is a small store which is locally owned and operated and they carry some really cool brands. I bought a shirt which was too small, and Lena helped me in exchanging it and made it so easy and simple. She was such a pleasure. I received the exchange really fast.
They don't have a standard return policy, but that's not unusual considering it's a small boutique shop. Their customer service is really great, and they carry stock of items many places don't.
