China Wok Express — Restaurant in Long Beach

2 nd time going first time service was great and fast but today service was horrible. I felt discriminated. Both ladies there didnt want to take my order. They jumped me and helped other customers twice. I asked if she could take my order and she looked at me weird. I told her what i wanted and kept repeating my order to the other Lady. Both ladies never passed my order to the kitchen instead one of them kept helping the other customers and the other went to a corner and kept asking how i wanted my order. How complicated is it to not have just 2 veggies on your soup !! 😠 When i told the other Lady if she was going to charge me for my order she said NO! She was going to help the others because they were there first before me!!! Hows that possible when i was waiting and waiting before they got a huge line.??!!! Im going to call my attorney...

The food is not organic, and, for some reason, I had to ask them to clean off their cutting board they use for EVERY prep after she had just cut up some beef, and then, pork for someone else. She looked at me like I was a problem for not wanting pork. So customer service is a 2. My last time here. The service is not good, and they cut the food into huge pieces but still one piece and, more importantly, mix up their food up for people who don't eat certain meats. The food is bland. The spot next to Subway on Willow and Cherry is the measuring stick for this kind of food. Go...

I really like this little place. It's in a mini mall. The tables are plastic. It's pretty basic. The food is hot and ready and on display. You make your choices and they dish it up. The same man is behind the counter each time I visit. He's nice.

I've tried several different entrees and they're all good, but the BBQ pork is the best I've ever had! It's very tender and juicy, and served slathered in the traditional red sauce. The sauce is sweet and tangy.
