My mother went to Steve to get my grandmothers ring fixed. It was extremely sentimental and delicate. My grandmother had recently passed away. Steve was wonderful! He was thoughtful and caring. He restored my grandmother's gold ring to its former glory. Because Steve did such an amazing job with my grandmother's ring for my mother I recently came to him to have two rings made for my fiance. One 14k gold wedding band and one silver pinky ring with mother of pearl and marcasite. Steve's customer service was jaw dropping. He always kept in touch with me. He went out of his way to work with me in creating the design and look. He was incredibly fair regarding the pricing and his jewlery designer Ormonde really went above and beyond. The rings were far more beautiful than I had hoped for. If you were to purchase them in a shop you would have had to pay three times the amount I was charged. I highly recommend Steve and his jewlery shop. He is honest and truly cares about the needs of his customers. You can see he loves his work. I will post photos of the rings after the holiday. The rings are gifts and I want my fiance to open his gifts first before I post the photos!!! Im so happy....

I have gotten a few nice silver chains and bracelets, plus some silver and gold from Steve, he is one of the bbest in the business. Steve has been doing this from a very young age as have I, and when it comes to knowledge and professionalism, he's one I truly recommend to everyone! He works between long branch and Brooklyn NY and can have a lot of old and new jewelry and timepieces cared for and or fixed/polished.

Horrible, rude, sarcastic and condescending. Greedy and very bad customer service skills. Hired to do a job Putting my Diamonds into a ring - as requested ( ignored all written and agreed upon specifications) upon expressing disapproval and asking him to do it to specs/ instead of wanting to redo it properly, refused to give the original diamonds back and had to get the police involved with a civil lawsuit to follow.

My recommendation would be to AVOID this business...
