I will never get serviced here again. This is the second time they've broke my oil cap ring while changing my oil and continued to work as if they did nothing wrong. I know accidents happen but people should be professional enough to admit when they've messed up and not send you up the road to break down later. Got my oil changed Wednesday and noticed a little smoking under the hood afterwards but I figured maybe they just over filled it and it needed to burn off but I went straight home and the car was parked for the rest of the day. Thanksgiving day I'm heading out of town and 20 minutes later I'm leaving a huge trail of smoke then my computer tells me to check my oil pressure. Read morePoor corporate management. Poor company policies. They buy oil filters for a $1 and charge $5 for the filter, which isn’t included in the price of the oil change. Some filters range up to over $20 in price. They buy air filters for around $3 and charge upwards of $30 per filter. Same way with cabin filters which go for around $50 a piece. Wiper blades are a $1 a piece and are sold at around $20 each. Not too mention they raised the price of every item $2-3 so the employees can get a $1 bonus on what they sell. Also an employee you’re not allowed to recommend any mileage for a customer except for 3000 so YOU the customer are tricked into thinking you need an oil change even with the most expensive oil.
