Subway — Restaurant in Hallsville

I ordered three sandwiches using the mobile app. When we arrived at the drive thru we were told to pull up to the window. We sat and waited for 10 minutes while 2 employees passed by the window. No one acknowledged us. After 10 minutes I drove around and sent my daughter in to pick it up. She was met by a worker holding our sack out with 2 fingers. The worker did not greet my daughter or use any customer service as expected. The worker did not say a word to my daughter and acted as if we had inconvenienced her. The inability to treat customers with respect (drive thru window) has occurred many times over our recent purchases. The lack of customer service tells me that your workers and manager do not desire my money, for which I will gladly go somewhere else. If cusotmers are not allowed to drive up and get the order then...

The manager, Brittany, is truly amazing and has been a standout for over two years. Her friendly demeanor creates such a welcoming atmosphere. The employees are just as wonderful—shoutout to Chelsey, who always greets you with a sweet smile and a welcoming tone!I’ve also had the pleasure of being served by Jacob, a young man who never fails to add a bit of humor to my visit. He’s quick and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable. While I know some people have had mixed reviews about service at other locations, my visits here have been nothing short of excellent.The interior is always clean, and the music they play is so good that you can’t help but dance a little while waiting in line! It really adds to the vibe. I’ll definitely be returning for more delicious sandwiches and great service. Highly recommend this Subway...

It seems almost everytime I go there its something. This time my girlfriend orderedher sandwich on white her daughter ordered hers on white I ordered a ft long and also wanted a 6in on white but was told they couldnt give me white because the had a big order coming and needed the white bread after my girlfriend had already gotten a 6in white!!!I told them that was bs that I was there and wanted my white but they wouldnt give it too me. Needless to say I was not happy to put it mildly. If they had been out of white it would be one thing but to refuse to give me what I asked for when the had it in front of me is ridiculous!!! I hope this review finds either mgmnt or the owner. This was not the first time Ive had something happen in this store! Therefore IF I COULD NOT GIVE STARS I WOULDNT BUT IT WONT LET ME SO...
