Went to grab a to-go breakfast this morning because I had an appointment to go to. Normally the food is always excellent and the service is great. Until today! I ordered the $7.99 breakfast that has two scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in, your choice of ham or bacon, and your choice of potatoes which would be home fries or hash browns, & I chose hash browns. You also get your choice of bread, which I chose white toast. By far this is the most disappointing and sloppily made breakfast that I have ever gotten here. Because I ordered to go, I was charged an extra $0.50 which is complete b*! That's a complete rip off! I have never went anywhere and been charged extra because I'm ordering something to go! And this is what I got for $9 and some change. The scrambled eggs didn't have cheese mixed in, It had a slice of cheese laid on top of them, and it wasn't even melted! When I ordered sausage I thought it would be sausage patties or sausage links. Instead, they were going to take chunks of sausage and mix it in with the eggs. Ewww! I got what they called ham, instead of sausage, which definitely was not ham! 😭🤔😡 Then I got the smallest order of hash browns I have ever gotten there and they were just sloppily laid up in there All on top of the eggs, and not even a full portion. Very disappointed today! If I would have had time I would have been back in there complaining and asking them to remake my breakfast or order something else. But like I said I had an appointment to go to. But I am posting a picture of what I actually got for over $9. 🤬🙄😭 They've lost my business. And because of a sloppy cook, & fake ham, they will probably end up losing...
Read moreThis place gets a one star based on the very poor service. The waitress Donna was rude, not exactly what I would call customer friendly. I was previously in the food service industry, so this critic does not come easily. I sympathize with any and all who are in this business. The menu has pricing listed but I guess the waitresses can charge what they want. I have ordered from here many times, the same order. When Donna took my order today of course the prices changed. When I questioned the prices and stated I have ordered the same thing previously and mentioned the pricing on the menu. She said, "I doing what I'm told, I got reamed out a few weeks ago and I just need my job. (which i understand, but remember, it's not what you say, it's how you say it, and the way you make the customer feel when you say this!)
Donna and the other waitresses need to remember without the customers, she will not have a job. She needs to consider treating them with a little more consideration. She walked away several times while I was trying to place my order. In my opinion, she was not customer oriented at all. She needs to slow down and think about what she is saying and doing before it leaves a negative impact on her place of employment! Which is exactly what happened today.
I even called back to try to discuss the to pricing discrepancy with her and she again, surprisingly was even more rude, lol! She just kept interrupting me and cutting me off.
Again, this place could use training on how to treat the customers, the people who actually help keep them employed.
You can get the same breakfast -diner type food at other place. Food is nothing special at all.

Read moreLack of customer service and bland food. The lady pictured literally put her finger up at me and said "I'm in the middle of something. I'm adding," when I asked her could I order. She literally was doing nothing. When I spoke she picked up her calculator, typed a few things, then came to me after proving she moves when she wants. The omelette meal I ordered was priced at $9.75ish. I added mushroom. After she clicked around on her handy dandy calculator and up-charged me for God knows what...my total came out to $13.31. No problem, had the food been amazing. But it wasn't. The omelette was very wet. It was completely bland. And they use those uncooked diced ham pieces. I was so disappointed. The potatoes were golden and cooked well. But once again no seasoning. They just threw the toast on top of the wet food. And the ambiance is not welcoming for all. You could tell they treat their regulars a different way than "outsiders". There's a lot of yelling information from waitress to waitress. The only person who was kind was a young lady with a neck tattoo. She was helpful. You can tell people at places like this have been getting away with their mediocre "ways" for decades so it's no use in giving them feedback. In their minds, they don't need "us" the customers because they've made it so long. It's not right. They should do better. And they should purchase some seasoning salt, adobe, garlic salt, onion powder,...
