OâReillys Swapped out a battery for my daughter. I had just jump started her car and inspected the battery to see what was wrong. I was on my way to work and did not have time to change the battery myself. So I sent her to what I thought were capable people to help her with her problems. The staff did not initially want to change her battery for her because it was sprinkling, but with prompting from my daughter she said she would. After the battery swap, her car needed to be jump started three more times, I assumed maybe the alternator was bad. She took it to a local mechanic which discovered loose and corroded terminals. It was cleaned and tightened. Then three days later it required a jump again and the cables were loose again. This was due to the battery hold down had not been reinstalled after the battery had been swapped. My daughter went to get the old hold down or possibly a new one, she told it was a dealer only item and they did carry them by the same counter girl. When the counter girl was asked, she distinctly remembers that there wasnât a tie down on it when she started (wonder if she remembers what she had for lunch yesterday), even though I had done an inspection on it and had considered pulling the battery to put on my charger but because of the way it was bolted down and I didnât have time I sent her there. When I went to complain and purchase a new hold down ( which they had in stock hanging on the wall) not only was I lied to but the assistant manager was very rude and basically told me to shut up about it.    Read moreThe Lonoke, Arkansas Orielys Auto Store is by far the best customer service Iâve ever experienced. I will never go to any other auto parts store except this one. These men look in computer system, in front and back area of store to find what you need. They are never in a rush to get you out. Before you leave they ask if you need assistance putting parts on, you donât have to ask. It doesnât matter if itâs 100 or 30 degrees outside they will help you install your parts !! I want to give a big shout out to KJ, Billy and Jay for always smiling and making me laugh. You truly have always been the ones who been there...
   Read moreCalled a week in advance to order a part. We get there to then find out they never ordered it... we were told little Rock had the part though. In the pouring down rain we drive all the way to little rock . To find out they have to order it đ¤Śââď¸ after all that... we FINALLY get it and after all of that. Get the part on the car completly put it back together. To find out its a bad part.... talk about disappointing. My husband is the O'Reillys man... I prefer...
