If I can rate a 0 I would they are not good for business the guys there always looked high and smell like alcohol or liquor they breath also smelled like garbage hygiene is important.

They couldn't help my wife with her phone situation instead they kept wanting her to buy a new phone when she has insurance.

They are definitely the worst store Tmobile has in our area we went to the Tmobile in Avon and they were amazing they were able to help and assist my wife with no issues.

The guy told us he wanted to sell us the phone because if they sell so many items they get to go on a paid vacation by tmobile corporate like if we care.

Be Careful, I went into the store (1111 Meister Rd, Lorain, OH 44052) for a phone an A-15 they wanted to charge me $365.00 for the phone and case. On T-Mobile website and the Phone is $228.00 $20.00 for the case. I called them on the phone they wanted to charge me $228.00 for the Phone $50.00 for a case because they don't have the $20,00 case and $35.00 activation fee the representative never mentioned. On top of buying their product still not nearly $365.00. I have been a customer for over 4 years never a late or missed payment. Also if you want to make automatic payments, they now charge $15.00 for credit card, and in September they will no longer do CC they want my debit card to make automatic payments and we know that is not happening.
