It was horrific. I had just got off of work, and my boyfriend and I decided to walk to the local 7-11 to pick up some personal products. When we walked in the store the so called "security guard" harassed myself and my boyfriend. Standing over us, and stalking us as we tried to look at merchandise.it was to the point where I thought he was on drugs. He was staring like a maniac and it made us both feel uncomfortable. Turns out they didn't have what we were looking for, so we were leaving the store anyway. But the fact that I couldn't find what I needed in peace, without some creepy guy watching my every move made me uncomfortable . Once we left out of the store, I turned around to see the employee behind the counter give the "security guard" a thumbs up. Which angered me because it made it seem as if we had just been victims of stereotyping and discrimination. My boyfriend had just got hit by a car two days ago,so he was wearing an arm brace so he was dressed in a way to support his arm. They saw this as a reason to apparently stalk us. When I went back in to ask why he harassed us. He completely ignored me and stared down my boyfriend like a criminal, and the shop keep just replied with "he's security".It was horrible. I was hurt that we had entered an establishment to be victims of harassment because of the way we looked and dressed. It is a shame that we live in a world like this. Where genuine people are not even able to shop in peace without someone...
Read moreI wanted to buy a coffee drink and sweets for the children. When I got to the checkout I asked the cashier to write off points from my account in the app. To make it easier to understand, I asked him to help me. He wrote off my points. But Said that my barcode application is not working.
And nothing can help, I have to pay for the purchase. When I restored and submitted the barcode to pay for the purchase. There were no points in my account, When I asked the cashier, Where did the points go? He said he doesn't know, I need to call customer service. As a result, I was left without points on my account. No purchases, because he didn’t issue them for me. My account had 1,450 He didn't give them back to me. He did not restore the purchase and did not give me any receipt. They will disappear my account.
And with deep disappointment about this place Because I have no interest in making additional calls to some organization and explaining to them. Why did the cashier write off the points but not pay for the purchase? I think this is intentional.
Most likely, he could steal my points. I think so because this person didn’t even try to help me. He told me to leave and I wouldn’t get any purchases, and he didn’t know anything. This is an application problem, and I need to talk to the operators. This is a terrible relationship and communication...
Read moreI recently visited the 7‑Eleven at 3555 W Temple St, Los Angeles, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Bathroom Denied: • I politely asked to use the restroom, but the staff member (who appeared to be Bengali) absolutely refused—no explanation or courtesy offered. • It felt like a deliberate, disrespectful denial of a basic customer service need. Unprofessional Appearance: • The employee was not wearing the standard 7‑Eleven uniform, which gave the impression of unprofessionalism and lack of proper store management. Stale Coffee: • I ordered coffee, but it tasted old and stale—clearly not fresh at all. That’s unacceptable for any convenience store.
Overall Impression: This visit was humiliating and unwelcoming. A basic restroom request shouldn’t result in disrespect, and coffee should at least be fresh. This location seriously needs improved staff training in customer service, hygiene, and proper...
