I go in every morning to this 711 on century and vermont. There are 2 employees that always give me and my son problems. I go in their food is always old. (But) when this one woman employee . when she is on shift all food is fresh. This morning i went in all their food was all old and dry. I asked this short man if he can make fresh pizza Said ok. well he nor the woman on shift as well. Give us a hard time. The 2 look like a small man kind of light mustache. The woman on shift today she looks like very fat and has a huge face. They are both rude. They dont want to keep costomers happy. Also the short man i had asked him to make fresh coffee he told me i was crazy. In front of lots of customers. He really embarrassed me in front of a full store of people. That was another time. I feel that those 2 employees need to be fired. They both were on shift this morning. When i asked make fresh pizza. They knew my son wanted pepperoni pizza. Came out saying they only have cheese pizza. They told me that the pepperoni pizza was too frozen and it would be raw. Im tired of being a customer every morning. And these 2 employees giving us a hard time. I have spoked to their boss about that shot mexican man about him telling me i was crazy infront of people. I quess she never took this seriously. This huge fat mexican woman on shift also is very rude. When both on shift food is always old . when this other employee comes in she always has to make fresh food all food. And she is so sweet friendly always greeting the costomers with a huge smile. Now she has dark hair . and is a very beautiful woman . and makes costomers very happy. She deserves a raise and those other 2 need to be fired Cus these lazy and rude and i feel they are prejudice. And i always feel uncomfortable. When they both are on shift. If this doesn't get taken care of im gona make sure they both get fired. I feel they are gona make that 711 on century and vermont. Loose business. Something has to...
Read moreThis 7-Eleven is a disappointment in many ways. One of them is the lack of shelf space. There’s a whole empty area in the back of the store that looks like it needs some shelves or something. There’s a lot of potential for selling more stuff there, but they’re wasting it. Another thing is the soda fountain machine. I don’t think they ever clean it, and it shows. The part where the soda comes out is full of black gunk that makes the drinks taste nasty. I don’t trust anything else in this store to be clean either, if they can’t even take care of that. Also, they’re always messing with the prices. They have deals on some items, but as soon as you try to buy them, they take off the stickers and charge you more. Like, come on, Arizona teas have always been a dollar, but now they’re two bucks? That’s not cool, man. That’s not cool at all. The only thing they have going for them is the horchata slurpees. They’re the second store I’ve ever seen that has them, and they’re my favorite thing in 7-Eleven, hands down. But that’s not enough to make up for everything else. This 7-Eleven needs to step up its game, or I’m taking my...
Read moreThis particular 7-11 doesn’t even deserve a star! For the past 2 to 3 months this 7-11 is actually closed during the 3am hour and I really thought that 7-11 is actually open 24/7 and there’s a new staff mainly of lazy 7-11 employees and now as I wait for the Metro 111 bus to go to work at LAX Airport I can’t even go and get a cup of coffee, I have to go to Winchell’s across the street to get a cup of coffee and the price at 7-11 is actually much better than Winchell’s and it’s actually bad for business that the 7-11 workers are taking it upon themselves to close and lock the doors when 7-11 is supposed to be a 24/7 convenient store in which other 7/11 stores across town are open except the one on the northwest corner of Vermont and Florence! Bad for...
