This store falsified a product.. Today, I went in and bought a 6-pack of Chocolate Chip Chunk Cookies.. In order to open it, I had to remove the large label attached. The label said, "Prepared on 8/10/24 Enjoy by 8/12/24.. Now, under the label, directly on the box it says, "Prepared on 8/6/24 Enjoy by 8/8/24".. Once I took a bite out of the cookie, I KNEW IT WAS STALE .. I'm appalled at the fact that they'd cover up a spoiled product, just to sell it.. Its official... We can't trust products boxed, personally, by 7-11. I will be returning these STALE COOKIES with proof of the deceitful acts.. This product was put on the shelf with knowledge of a expired date.. Not cool at all 7-11..

This 7 eleven is always open 24 hours 7. I missed the opportunity to get a free slushie for 7/11 day. Not the biggest one though. Checked out their catalog. I was looking for a store still open that I could get some late night snacks. They also have a lavanderia laundromat right next to it. So you can do your laundry, boost mobile, & centric de pagos. They have a lot of strong specials available at this location.

The customer service is horrible. The female who works evening should not work with customers. I sent my ten year old daughter in the store with $13. Two gives and three ones. My daughter came out with the three dollars change as I looked it was obvious that she was over charged. Two bag of chips and a over. I went and asked how was this ten dollars the female was sooo rude she was saying things like "it's on her" (referring to my ten year old daughter) and that i can come back in the morning. She refused my full refund, she tried giving me $8. I told her she had ten missing, she shrud her shoulders. The guy came and rung up my stuff and yes I was right, nothing to say. Horrible,...

I give this establishment a one star review because of the fact the employees that work they are distracted, just let anyone loiter around, sometimes there are people that help you that because they are not wearing the uniform question whether they really work there or if the person on duty is outside busy getting high and having a friend cover real quick, I have nothing against the store or a complaint of merchandise but just the people that work there. On three different occasions I've gone to buy something and I see the employees coming in and out and smoking weed. Management needs to improve on who they hire, this is mostly at night, the morning/afternoon shift is...
