Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Came through the drive thru tonight and the service was horrible. First , female employee taking order through the drive thru was having an argument with car before us . When we pulled up she was taking our order and having a conversation with another employee therefore asking us to repeat our order multiple times having a bad attitude and raising her voice at us as if we were the problem . I had to raise my voice at her to repeat the order. Pulled up to the window and she was not the employee at window any longer it was a male named Angel (name on receipt) who I asked if I could have her name he refused to give me her name ( because they knew she had given bad service) and continued to close and lock window as I was speaking. I wanted her name so I can call and put a complaint with management . I will no longer buy anything from this establishment and believe they need to get better training in customer service . As I read other reviews I noticed it’s the same problem constantly with the night shift drive thru team , please look into this issue as you will be losing more and more customers due to the lack of proper customer...

I have to stop at some places to use the restroom. And yes you have buy something to be able to use a restroom cause some places have sign that says: restrooms are for paying customers only. I am ageee with that i dont mind but for some people who leave the restrooms worst than a nightmare some places have to force certains regulations. I got a sprite and french fries that comes with the new spicy chicken strips which one were very bad in the picture looked good but in reality only to look at them your appetite gone. I personally dont like eat junk food but i need use the restroom and i have to stop and buy something to be able to use the restroom. I rather home made food. Taste better and you do it at...

Staff were friendly enough the bathroom was clean but when I walk into a restaurant and the front counter looks like a check cashing place in a bad neighborhood? It doesn't exactly make me feel safe about eating there. I pretty much turned around and walked out because I was afraid of getting shot. If you if you have to hide your employees behind bulletproof glass... which don't get me wrong, you should protect your employees if they're working in a dangerous environment, but I sure as hell don't want to eat in a dangerous environment either.
