7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

Experienced a small form of classism at this location and the funny part is I was becoming a regular and bringing consistent business. On December 14, 2018 (12/14/2018) one of the cashiers who you can tell is connected with the owner/management showcased Ill customer service and classist vibes. He shoo’ed me away not knowing I was with a group of friends. After I spoke with my group who actually already saw he acted this way, one shared how he overheard the clerk call him a celebrity in accordance to his skin color and members of his family group laughed amongst themselves. (Mind you this is the same clerk who you can tell is attached to the owner I was speaking of).

I just want to give management and the owner that my experience at this 711 location was horrible. Theirs so many things that are wrong here but the one thing that I can't believe happened in front of my eyes the the guys at the cashiers was putting he's number in for customer so he was stealing people's points. He tried to do it to me and I told him that I wanted to put my number in he's response after he input he's number was your getting a discount and I told yes but I want the points your not paying for this. So it made me question who else he's gotten away for this as far as I'm concerned that's stealing. Please correct this major issue at your store. Thank you. (-) negative stars for me. This location always have beggars outside the door. The single cashier is left to handle everything alone with a terrible attitude towards the customers. The mgr Leticia lacks managerial skills and NEVER helps out. Looks like they need more help. Why not give one of the beggers outside a chance at employment to help inside. And train the current staff on "good Customer Service". The community deserves better. If I see a change, I'll come back and update my review. The 2 beggars outside could be inside WORKING!
