I booked a 90-minute treatment for my boyfriend’s birthday two weeks in advance. 10 minutes before our appointment, while we were already on the way, they called asking to reschedule to another day or if we could cut it down to an hour because another client had shown up 40 minutes late. Instead of holding that client accountable, they tried to take time away from us — even though we had booked properly and prepaid. When I explained this, the staff member made me feel guilty by saying, “we can’t control when customers come for their appointments,” as if it was somehow our fault.

This was supposed to be a special birthday experience, but it turned into something stressful and frustrating. After pushing back, they finally told us to come in, but we had to wait 30 minutes before being seen.

When we arrived, the environment was chaotic and unprofessional. Employees were bickering and arguing in front of us, rushing us through doors when it came time for service, and making us feel more like an inconvenience than customers. During the service, staff continued yelling at each other and interrupting by coming in and out of our room which made it impossible to relax.

Overall, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I had chosen this place because of the positive reviews and was excited to go, but instead we left stressed and let down. I cannot recommend this business and will not...

Absolutely Fabulous!! :) I booked 2 of the 60 minute scalp massages for me and my friend. As you walk in you are greeted by amazing staff. The ambiance is calming, clean and cute. We walked into their scalp room and we were given tops to wear before they began. The second step is having a scalp image before your session. You will receive a small shoulder massage leading to your head/ scalp. It’s so relaxing and comfortable. After your message m, your hair gets dried and another image is taken to compare the results. Parking was easy to locate ( I found street parking not sure if they have parking in the rear). We both enjoyed the experience and will definitely return.
