I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a very expensive mattress and was given a delivery window of 12:45–2:45 p.m. By 5:00 p.m., there was still no delivery. I called the store multiple times and was told by Matthew that the drivers were "on their way." Meanwhile, the tracking link claimed I was the next stop—but the truck was still in Hollywood. I live in Beverly Hills.

This completely ruined my day. I waited around for hours with no communication—just vague reassurances and misleading tracking updates. To make matters worse, I received a text saying the delivery was “four minutes away”—over an hour before anyone actually arrived.

They finally showed up six hours late and didn’t even have the box spring. When I called the store again, I was told it was supposed to be included. That was the final straw—I canceled the order on the spot.

For what it’s worth, the salesperson Keith was helpful and professional at the store. I don’t think any of this was his fault. But the rest of the experience was unacceptable. The logistics, communication, and overall service were a mess. Matthew, the other salesperson I dealt with on the day of delivery, was indifferent. He repeatedly said he had no control over delivery. Only after my fourth call did he offer to contact dispatch—why that wasn’t done from the start is beyond me. After all the back-and-forth, I learned the truck had broken down. No one communicated this to me—I had to make repeated calls just to find out what was going on.

Spending thousands of dollars should come with at least basic reliability. If you value your time and sanity, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

After a long day out, we walked in to Mattress Firm ready to sample some memory foam mattresses for our upcoming move. Jason immediately greeted us and showed us the impressive wall of mattresses. We explained what we were looking for and he proceeded to explain the benefits and feels of the memory foam mattresses. The three of us sampled the plush, medium and firm mattresses and eventually decided on the medium firm. We informed Jason that we would be back on Monday, Labor Day, to complete the purchase. He gave us his number for when we returned and we promised that we’d be back. Monday morning we went straight to the store and there was Jason, completing a sale to another customer. He immediately greeted us and a few moments later he was ready to set us up. We initially went with an 8” memory foam full sized bed for our daughter, but we realized we had a problem. Her loft bed recommends a 6” mattress so we had to rethink our strategy. After some discussion with the manager Matthew, who was exceptional in service and in etiquette, we decided to have a 6” mattress ordered and shipped directly from the site. We finalized our order and thanked Jason for all of his hard work and dedication to our satisfaction. We’re excited to have a new bed and are confident that without Jason’s assistance we would have been overwhelmed by the selection process and likely would have made a rushed decision.
