If You Haven’t Been to Bakery LA Yet… You’re Seriously Missing Out

I finally made it to Bakery LA, and wow—I can’t believe I waited this long. This place is next level.

I had the beef sandwich, and honestly, it blew me away. The meat was juicy, full of flavor, and the bread was soft with just the right crunch. It’s one of those sandwiches that makes you forget about burgers completely.

Then came the iced pistachio latte. Smooth, nutty, slightly sweet, and super refreshing. I didn’t think a drink and a sandwich could be the perfect combo, but here we are.

The vibe inside is so fresh and creative—feels like LA, but with a splash of Paris. Not your typical café setup at all. You walk in and immediately want to hang out for a while.

The best part? The owners. Super genuine, hardworking, and clearly passionate about what they’re building here. Had a great chat with them—felt like catching up with friends.

Oh, and I took home some of their croissants and eclairs—they didn’t even last the day. Just ridiculously good.

Bonus: They have halal options too, which makes it even more of a win.

Trust me, if you’re in LA and haven’t tried Bakery LA yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Brand new legit French bakery in town! Accidentally found it and certainly it didn't take me long before I paid my initial visit. All the attendants were super sweet and it's not a rare view seeing they served people in French as well when I was there. They also mentioned that the owner had everything sold there baked in house.

Plenty of seats available and it's not overly crowded, making it perfect spots to get work done. Street parking also wasn't hard to find on a Sunday noon.

Bunch of options were served, from pastries to cakes to made-to-order sandwiches. As I went for quick munch, I tried their Chocolate Almond Croissant, which you might have correctly guessed, yes Pain Au Choc with extra happiness added from almond paste and that crunchy almond layer on top. I loved how theirs having the almond paste being so generous and came in right thickness as some usually bit too thin. The pastry base itself was greatly fragrant as well despite not reheated when served.

Saw this place and wanted to try it out. Their store hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Was able to come by before 3:00 pm. There are plenty of street parking and a Public Parking (Meter) right behind the store.

There were so many selections of their beautiful pastries. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Finally was able to select a Cinnamon Roll with raisins and two Chocolate Crossiants. WOW, the pastries were so Delicious! Freshly made, tasty and not too sweet. Perfectly made. Was also able to get their Tuna Sandwich on Baguette and their Salmon Salad. OH was their Tuna Sandwich DELICIOUS! It was the "Perfect" Tuna Sandwich to my taste. The ingredients, with the fresh vegetables, and on a freshly baked Baguette took the sandwich to another level. My sister just raved about how delicious her Salmon Salad was.
